The European Commission is investigating possible cartel agreements in the tire market. There is a strong likelihood that this will result in collective claims becoming available to everyone who uses tires. In that case, it is crucial that you have not already destroyed the required invoices and that all invoices are complete and well-organized. We are therefore developing software that collects and organizes your invoices as hard evidence for a claim. You only need to upload them. This is non-binding to start with. Once your invoices are in our system, you will be at the front of the line to participate in a collective claim.
